Sligo Chamber is the largest business membership organization in the North West of Ireland representing over 300 businesses and organisations in Sligo City and County.

 
Networking

We provide networking opportunities for our members through a number of events each year.  In addition to informative seminars and briefings throughout the year, Sligo Chamber also hosts the following:

Export Documentation

Some countries request a Certificate of Origin with imports. This document proves the place of growth, production, or manufacture of goods.  Sligo Chamber provide two types of certificates of origin, a European Union Certificate and an Arab-Irish Certificate.  Sligo Chamber is authorised to sign and stamp both of these documents.

 
Chamber Business School & Training

Twice each year we offer a wide range of training courses to suit the needs and requests of our members and the wider business community.  These courses are usually subsidized through FAS.
 

Enterprise Europe Network (EEN)

The six EEN centers in Ireland form part of a European business information network.  Sligo Enterprise Europe Network hosted by Sligo Chamber provides a one-stop-shop on European policy and legislation of interest to SMEs.  Whether you want to know more about EU funding opportunities, need details on EU legislation or look for a business partner in Europe, this is the place to start.
 

Promotion & Sponsorship

Sligo Chamber promotes the business of our members through a listing in our Business Directory & Diary and on our website.  New members are also promoted in our New Members Booklet published each year.  From time to time we have opportunities for the business community to sponsor our events or publications.
 

Communication

Communication with our members is important to us, we therefore regularly contact our members by post and we issue a monthly newsletter by email.  When urgency is required we contact members by text message.  We issue a large number of press releases on subjects that are important to Sligo and Sligo business.  Sligo Chamber provides a circulation service via post to our members from interested companies.
 

Conference Facilities

Our meeting room is available for small gatherings, at a rate of €60 per part day and €100 per day.  It can accommodate 20 people in a boardroom setting and 30 people in theatre style.
 

Chamber Human Resource Management

Chamber HR is a tailor-made solution to individual client's needs in Human Resource Management.  Depending on the level of service a company opts for, it can receive:
