Temptation & Tohers the Chemist Win
Best Christmas Display 2007
Temptation on Quay Street and Tohers the Chemist on O’Connell Street are worthy recipients of this year’s Best Christmas Display, which is organised by Sligo Chamber and sponsored by AIB.
Sligo Chamber and AIB seek to recognise the efforts of all businesses in decorating their premises for Christmas by awarding the two best displays with €250 each worth of shopping vouchers. The displays are judged on originality, theme, use of products, attention to detail and the efforts involved.
Rebecca Stevens, CEO Sligo Chamber commented that “We are delighted to present these vouchers to both Temptation and Tohers to reward the planning and preparation put into the Christmas Displays. Tohers have an excellent themed display again this year while Temptation has maximised their products and existing décor with a tasteful and ingenious display. The vouchers can be redeemed in any of the shops that participated in this year’s Shopping Spree, in an effort to give back in a small way to those retailers that join the annual Sligo Shopping Spree”.
